About Me

As a three sport athlete in high school, and a two sport athlete in college, I thought I was doing all the right things to help me perform at a peak level.  However, my age and level of activity made it easier to get by with unhealthy diet choices.

After college, when my activity level dropped those poor choices started to catch up with me.  Fast forward a few years and 3 babies I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and having a difficult time dealing with where I was physically and mentally.  It was at this point that I decided to make some big changes.  I set some goals for myself and established a workout plan and diet to support my success.  Was the road completely smooth? Of course not, but by making manageable changes I was able to maintain all progress that I made.

My experience matches my approach to fitness.  I think it is important to set goals, timelines and be realistic about the changes that you are willing to make to get there.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.  I look forward to working with you and helping you become the best version of yourself!
